An incredible athlete, she has been exclusively in the Jumper ring for the last five years. Trains at 4’3”/4’6’ and shows at the 4’ level in various local and ‘A’ shows. Great for the AO young adult who is ready to move up higher levels. Very sane, fearless and brave in the ring, but she requires an experienced, confident, advanced rider to reach her potential. Ida has always been under the care of a professional trainer.
Ida has been enrolled in a preventative veterinary care program and SmartPak supplements since we bought her. Her barn manners are exceptional with no vices. She loves attention and gets along with everyone, but in the ring she is all business.
Ida’s talents were recently show cased in a Chris Cox Horsemanship clinic where she cleared 3’9” rails by a huge amount.
Her current rider is a very tall (6’7”) young adult who needs to move to a bigger warm blood. Kicks is a 10 year old, 15'3" hand, registered Appendix Quarter horse. He has been shown engnlish in both hunter and pleasure divisions. Kicks has also shown western at local shows. He has won many champion and reserves at the end of year awards. Kicks is currently jumping 2'9" to 3' courses but has schooled higher. Kicks will jump the smaller jumps for the kids. He usually comes to the gate when his name is called and loves attention. He has no vices. Kicks loads, clips, trailers and stands for the vet and farrier.
I have time for him and would like to see someone work with him and show him. He can be a handful at times and needs an intermediate or advanced rider. He is not bad, he just likes to have fun. He is for lease and I would like to keep him at his existing facility (En-Tice-Ment Stables in Harwood) but would consider letting him go somewhere else. Giovanna and Mike King do a wonderful job of taking in horses that have been abused, are unwanted or headed to the meat market. They care for them, bring them back to health and find new homes.
